Clowes Developments recently announced their appointment of Derbyshire based estate agent Boxall Brown & Jones to market Riber View Apartments in Matlock. Since then, the team at Clowes have collaborated with Blocc Interiors and Albert Henry interiors to bring forward two show apartments.

Since constructing the 47 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 450 to 765 square feet, Clowes have successfully sold or let a number of units but have taken the opportunity to utilise a couple of apartments to inspire potential occupiers and demonstrate how to maximise use of the space.

The apartments have been designed and styled by Blocc Interiors, a specialist interior design company. Tasked with showcasing the apartment fitout opportunities with intelligent space saving ideas, and maximising the benefits of apartment living, the team have delivered two outstanding show homes for potential owners to feel inspired.

Residents can choose from a range of colours, door styles and internal fittings for their wardrobes along with a number of standard and bespoke furniture products to create a stunning and unique design for an additional cost when purchasing an apartment.
