Apartments can be reserved directly through Jo Hutchinson at Boxall Brown & Jones 

Buyers will be required to:

1. Please contact Jo Hutchinson at J.Hutchinson@boxallbrownandjones.co.uk to request a reservation form and register your interest in an apartment.
2. Provide proof of funds e.g. cash buyer, mortgage in principle or mortgage offer.
3. Email application form and proof of funds to Jo Hutchinson
4. £1000 non-refundable deposit required to secure each apartment.
5. Legal pack dissemination to buyer.
6. Exchange.
